CardioX is a food supplement, not a medicine or medicinal product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The nutrient claims on this Site are based on EFSA-approved structure/function language and describe the role of specific nutrients in normal physiological function - they do not constitute medical claims.

Food supplements do not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have an existing health condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using CardioX.

4. Orders and Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) inclusive of any applicable fees. Free shipping is included on all orders. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

By submitting an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation.

CardioX is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no automatic subscription or recurring billing unless you explicitly opt into such a programme (which does not currently exist). You will only be charged for what you order.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store payment card details. All payment transactions are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and that sufficient funds are available.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days of confirmation. Standard delivery to US addresses takes 3-7 business days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

All orders ship discreetly - outer packaging does not indicate the contents.

7. Returns and Refunds

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Refunds are issued within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
